  • All artworks, prints, and products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. As does the scale of art shown in “mock up” images.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a refund or exchange.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and associated collection companies.
  • Luna Burlo reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia and internationally.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and product.
  • Australian orders are typically shipped framed (unless otherwise requested). International orders are shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube, ready for professional stretching and framing.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks or custom-made prints.
  • If your item is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging before opening, as well as the damaged item, and contact us within 24 hours.


6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Luna Burlo Art / Paper Planes Publishing and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. Copy Right is an automatically applied to original works within Australia.
