Refund policy

Due to the nature of producing and shipping art, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not offered on prints or original artworks simply for change of mind.

All prints are carefully handled and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging before opening, then photograph the artwork inside.

Use the contact form on this website to reach out to me, I will respond back and you can send images/recordings of damaged items to me. From there I will work with my suppliers to replace your print. For originals damaged during transit, depending on damage and circumstances, I will offer repairs, store credit, or refunds upon return of the item back to me.

In all cases please contact me within 24 hours of receiving any damaged item. If contact regarding any damage or defects is made outside of 24 hours of customer receipt of the package, I am unable to guarantee a replacement or refund. 

For international orders, I maintain the governing law of Australia is applied to all purchases and returns. Please be aware international customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or tariffs due upon collection/delivery of orders within your country.
